In June 2023, my brother passed away. He had a large 1800’s home in Stockton Springs. It was totally full of his belongings. A lot of it being very nice items ,some things in the attic and in the barn/garage loft were just stuff stored. I placed a little ad trying to find someone that would come to buy the belongings. My sister and my self do not live in Maine any longer and could not handle the dispersal of such a vast amount of belongings ourselves. Enter Zach Sneed (Blue Lobster Treasure). He and his wife Tori came to the house in a very timely fashion to look through the house and barn/garage. The talked together and came up with a couple of suggestions. The one we went with was that they would have an online auction for the antiques and most of the household items. (we had removed personal items, trash and clothing previously) . Then they would take remainder of the many items to the auction house. They were totally trustworthy to the point that I left for my home in Missouri and they handled everything. Wow! It was a lot of work and time. They handled it all so well and professionally that I could not have asked for better results. The people that bought the house and moved in right after that had no worries at because everything was taken care of as promised.
